I arrived for a oil change and I asked if they could look at one of my tires I had to put air in it found out it had two holes in they fixed them also found out I had a leak in my oil so they needed to keep longer so they got me a rental car so I didn’t have to sit in the waiting area. This was a “walk-in” visit because I had problems with the battery requiring a jump start. They were able to work me in and replace the battery in a very reasonable time. It was especially pleasant to find that the battery had been provided by Adams and was still under warranty so there was no charge in addition to fast and friendly service. We bought the Acadia from Adams six years ago and everything that has been done to it has been done at Adams. We couldn’t be happier.

I asked that the tires be checked in addition to the oil change. They weren’t checked. There was no car in the showcase and no one asked or even hinted at the possibility of trading cars. I was wondering if you have a golf cart to view the cars for sale. It looks like there would be a lot of walking to where some of them are and some of us have trouble walking any distance.

On or about August 22 I brought my vehicle in for a slow leak in the front left tire. At that time the valve stem was replaced as the cause of the problem. Over the next several days the tire continued to leak air slowly. Return appointment on September 17 and this time they found the leak was around the rim. This time it got fixed. I was not charged. I appreciate the fact they were willing to find the problem and fix it the second time.

We asked if they could also take a check the breaks because they were pulsating when stopping. All the teck did was check the pads & call it good. We wish he would have taken it for a test drive to feel for himself but he didn't. We live in Mt. Sterling & now have to find time & another place in town to check it for us.

Anthony was OK. It was hard to get answers out of him regarding the trade. The only way I figured out my payments and the interest and who I was financed with was when Kevin May emailed me and said if I need anything or any questions please let him know and then I called him a d he said he would get back with me and a hour later Anthony called me back to let me know the information he told me he was sorry that he got busy helping other customers the experience was OK but Anthony really wasn’t a great communicator during the trade.
