This was a “walk-in” visit because I had problems with the battery requiring a jump start. They were able to work me in and replace the battery in a very reasonable time. It was especially pleasant to find that the battery had been provided by Adams and was still under warranty so there was no charge in addition to fast and friendly service. We bought the Acadia from Adams six years ago and everything that has been done to it has been done at Adams. We couldn’t be happier.

On or about August 22 I brought my vehicle in for a slow leak in the front left tire. At that time the valve stem was replaced as the cause of the problem. Over the next several days the tire continued to leak air slowly. Return appointment on September 17 and this time they found the leak was around the rim. This time it got fixed. I was not charged. I appreciate the fact they were willing to find the problem and fix it the second time.

Anthony was OK. It was hard to get answers out of him regarding the trade. The only way I figured out my payments and the interest and who I was financed with was when Kevin May emailed me and said if I need anything or any questions please let him know and then I called him a d he said he would get back with me and a hour later Anthony called me back to let me know the information he told me he was sorry that he got busy helping other customers the experience was OK but Anthony really wasn’t a great communicator during the trade.
